Feedbacks can be hard to take in. Learning how to receive, filter and work on feedback is critical for success. Regardless from where it is coming from, don't be quick to dismiss it. Dear Tech Sis, emotional intelligence is the best tool to use when taking feedback.

Prioritize Yourself 

You are your first job. Pursue what you need to grow. Avoid walking the career track alone,  find and connect with mentors, peers and even mentees. Find your self-care routine and determine to enjoy it. Tech can be intense, don't lose yourself in it. It's your platform, Tech Sis. Go for it!
