Gloria’s career foundation is rooted in the telecom payments industry including Transsion Holdings where she contributed to value-added services like CRBT and music streaming for products including Vskit and BoomPlay. At 9mobile, she led the development of 9Pay, one of the pioneering fintech solutions in the region.
Her strategic acumen has driven growth across key markets globally. She served as a Product Manager at Google and later as Regional Lead for Partnerships EMEA at Google for Startups, empowering startups to scale and innovate. She went on to lead partnerships at Africhange where she drove cross-border financial solutions and market expansion into multiple countries including Lithuania, Mexico and Kenya.
Her consulting roles with top startups in different regions including Volume and Links GLB in the United Kingdom where she helped create strategy and revenue from zero to 110%, have showcased her ability to design strategic initiatives and implement go-to-market strategies for accelerated growth.
As the co-founder of Insurpass, Gloria is at the forefront of transforming Africa’s insurance landscape by delivering embedded API solutions. Under her leadership, Insurpass secured $150,000 in pre-seed funding, advancing its mission to make insurance more accessible and efficient.
Gloria earned her bachelors' degree in Industrial Mathematics from The Redeemers University and Masters in Information Technology and Managerial Leadership in Sales and Marketing from Covenant University and Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University respectively.

She currently leads and manages Product Accounts for the UK, Europe, the Nordics, and Australia at Volts.io, one of the top Global Open banking and payment companies.

Gloria’s achievements have been recognized globally. She is a proud recipient of the Global Talent Award and was named among the 50 Outstanding African Women in Tech by TUNGA in 2018. Business Day included her in its Top 100 Women in Tech and she has received accolades from Techpoint for her contributions to Nigeria’s tech ecosystem. In 2021, she was nominated for Tech Deal of the Year by the Global Business Tech Awards.
Passionate about mentorship, Gloria dedicates her time to empowering young people particularly women in tech. She actively supports women entering the industry, helping them build confidence and navigate their careers.
